A Personal Reflection on Balancing Ironman Training with a Mission to Support Digital Healthcare - By Will Helm

I’ve been supplying digital professionals to the NHS and private healthcare sectors for the past few years, and I’m extremely passionate about what I do. I don’t see it as simply placing individuals and moving on, I see it as helping to build teams that support one of the most important organisations in the world, while also building meaningful relationships along the way.
Outside of my day-to-day role, you can usually find me on the bike, in the pool, or out running as I prepare to take on an Ironman in July (I’m still not entirely sure why either). That said, the training has been incredibly rewarding, and I’ve had the chance to meet some amazing people and be part of a fantastic community which without a doubt has benefited by current position in the sense of showing up for myself every day.
I feel genuinely privileged to support the NHS, and every client and candidate I work with is truly valued, it's not just recruitment it's building the future of healthcare.
